I had my pool built in 2019 and they finished right before the pandemic began, which was perfect. Why such a late review? Well, we obviously spent alot of time being trapped at home out at the pool where it got alot of use. US pools made the promise that they would use the best materials and equipment for longevity plus pointed out and steered us away from the shortcuts that other pool builders were using. Almost 6 years later, all of the the promises have come true when we are seeing others having issues. I'm very happy we chose US pools for this home oasis!!!
U.S. Pool Builder Review
After getting quotes from four different pool companies, I chose U.S. Pool Builder because they offered the best value for the amount of work being done. Now that the project has been complete for several months and the pool has been running smoothly, I can say I’m happy with the result.
The project was delivered largely on time, and the overall quality of work has been solid. The Jandy system (pump, filter, heater, chiller) has worked without issue, and I’ve been especially impressed by the travertine work—it looks great and has held up well. I’ve also received several compliments on the fencing they installed, particularly how well it matches the surrounding neighborhood, which isn’t always the case with new construction.
Like with any large project involving multiple subcontractors, there were moments where I needed to stay involved and follow up on smaller details. The project manager wasn’t always immediately available, but when I look at the overall schedule, they delivered as promised. Not every milestone happened on the exact date I was told, but the project stayed within the expected timeline, which I consider a success.
They were generally responsive when I asked for follow-ups or fixes—such as coming back to rework part of the fence a few months after install—and they addressed those issues without pushback. I think it’s fair to say they were juggling multiple jobs, and while that sometimes required a little patience, they did show up and follow through.
The final result came out pretty much exactly how I envisioned it. I’ve been enjoying the pool, the design fits well with my home and neighborhood, and I’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback from friends and neighbors. Given the pricing, the workmanship, and the overall experience, I’d recommend U.S. Pool Builder to others.

My wife and I decided to install a pool after we retired so we could have "Our Oasis" to relax and enjoy time with our kids and grandkids. After extensive research, the decision to have U.S. Pool build our pool was very easy. Colt (the owner) was our Project Manager, and he and his team are absolutely amazing! The unique design, quality of materials used, craftsmanship and the professionalism of the crews were unsurpassed and exceeded our expectations in every way!! During construction, Colt even showed us, and helped us decide on, options we hadn't thought about but now love. I highly recommend U. S. Pool, and we love everything about our new pool!! We have "Our Oasis" now......

Scott was excellent to work with and was very willing to make any changes that we wanted to our pool design. He was open and honest and thoughtful in his responses after discussing and learning what we really wanted. I would have them build another pool for me again!
